  <description>I have now made it a day and half with no caffenated drinks.  WOOT!!!  Maybe I can kick the diet pop habit.  That would be nice.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still trying to get the hubby to quit the pop and cigarettes.  I know addictions are hard, you have to address the emotional as well as the physical.  Maybe I can get him addicted to working out.  I have the equipment at home.  I could totally make a workout program for him.  Just 30 little minutes everyday.  Not a long time.  He is considering it.  Keep your fingers crossed.  He doesn&apos;t need to be a huge bodybuilder. Just in shape would be nice.  Like Pierce Bronson in The Thomas Crowne Affair.  Oh I wanted to bang, bang, bang Pierce in that movie.  YUMMY!!!</description>

  <title>Not that it matters, but yesssss.......</title>

  <description>How the fricken way is this possible?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m getting smaller, but I&apos;m so fucking heavy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Can I really be packing on muscle while increasing the cardio like I am?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How many 170 pound women can do 3 miles in 30-35 minutes?&lt;br /&gt; Yes, I&apos;m 170 pounds.  I honestly thought I was 150, because the last time I wore a size 12, I was 150 pounds.  I&apos;m still losing weight and my speed is still increasing when I run.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think I need to go back to college and figure out the human body more.  Then again I think I am unusual anyways.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I went to the doctor last week and got weighed.  I was so shocked and embarrassed at how high the number was on the scale.  OMG!!! 170!!!! AHHHHhhhh!!!  Oh wait. I&apos;m still in size 12&apos;s, so no problem...right?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Well I hope to get down to a size 8.  I&apos;ll see what I weigh then.  I&apos;m damned curious now. Aren&apos;t you?</description>

  <description>I am feeling pretty damned strong and powerful. My running time is getting better as well.  Now the only thing holding me back is lack of sleep.  Hard to do with 3 kids ranging from 20 months-9years old.  UGH! I swear they take turns.  I think it is a conspiracy to drive me nuts.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I found two old sippy cups in the basement today. EWWW.. There is another one under my bed that I&apos;ll have to get to later.  I&apos;m so damned tired. I need a nap before I hit the gym today.  Nappy nappy nap.</description>

  <description>Okay, for the most part I&apos;m a positive person, but the mirrors at the gym were so mean to me last night. My upper body looks good and solid, got the V shape, good muscle definition popping up and then there is my huge ass.  Okay yes it is that time of month and I have extra water weight, but dammit, that is where my body stores all the fat. The hips and butt.  I know that soon my body will notice all the food I eat and exercise and decide to get rid of the fat. I know this, I do this after each pregnancy, it is just frustrating waiting for it to happen.  Anyways tonight is leg night and my legs are in for it.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Other than that I have been having great workouts, my eating is on track.  My upper body is looking good, now I just need the lower body to quit being stubborn.</description>

  <description>Today just happens to be rest day because I&apos;m so wiped out. I have to listen to my body. But I think I&apos;ll just do some stretching and pilates.  No weights or cardio today.  I like rest days because the following day I&apos;m so full of energy and pumped to go. Tomorrow my hubby sleeps in and then I&apos;m heading out to workout.  Chest and Back tomorrow.  Yesterday I did legs.  I am tired today.  I have to listen to my body and rest when it tells me too.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh I have been taking cinnamon supplements for 2 weeks now and it has really helped with my sugar cravings.  The sugar cravings were killing my diet.</description>

WTF?? Okay...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another strange dream?? I had a dream I was married to Prince (yes, the singer) and I was trying to get him to stop smoking pot. Then I had some dishes to do.   <description>So I&apos;m on my way to getting rid of fat. I did the first day of the cool running couch to 5k. Oh yeah.  Felt good.  For some reason I didn&apos;t think I could run.  WOO HOO!!  I am going to take it slow so I don&apos;t get burnt out and quit.  Not going to over due it.  I just can&apos;t wait till I can jog 3 miles, after I can do that at a decent pace, I&apos;m going to work on improving spead.  This is a big deal for me because I have really bad asthma.</description>

  <description>Well I&apos;m getting stronger and my body is getting harder.  Oh how I love thee muscle.  I&apos;ve been doing the stairmaster and I love it, it burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time next to jogging.  So I&apos;m stickin with it. Getting results. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&apos;m hoping to lose 20 pounds of fat and gain 10 pounds of muscle by summer.  I want to be one lean, muscular machine. Oh yeah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then my next goal will be to bench 200.  I need someone strong to train with me for that.  I may hire a personal trainer.  We&apos;ll see.</description>

  <description>It&apos;s raining, but at least there wasn&apos;t a bad thunderstorm that knocked out my power.  I like having power.  Then again, don&apos;t we all??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funniest thing today, my 14 month old chased me down for my salad.  I could only give him the chicken in it, he doesn&apos;t have the teeth to grind up the lettuce yet.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The big kids and I made rock candy last night.  We are being all scientific about it and recording dates, times, and observations of the experiement every 12 hours.  I&apos;m thinking of running over to the mall of america with them this evening to get some rock candy from the candy store there. Then they can at least see what we are going for. Right now they don&apos;t really know what rock candy is.  They don&apos;t really eat candy and pastry hostess style stuff ever.  I mean they know what some candy bars and stuff are called from seeing commercials or seeing it at someone elses house, but we try to live a healthy lifestyle. They get candy once in a while, just not everyday. I still don&apos;t allow them to drink any sort of soda. No type 2 diabetes on my watch. Just walking into a candy store gives me a sugar rush and a canker sore. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Still working out, just focusing on weight loss.  15 pounds to go till pre-baby weight. Then after that I have another 15-20pounds to get rid of.  I&apos;m still breastfeeding so 2 pounds of my weight is there.  Nice to have C-cups for a while.  I know after I lose all the weight I&apos;ll be back to an A-cup once again.  Then I&apos;ll be able to jog comfortably. Right now bouncing hurts, yes I try wearing two sports bras and it still hurts, probably because of the milk and the flucuating weight of the breasts throughout the day.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have to workout at 2pm today. YIPPY!!!</description>

  <description>still have 20 pounds to get rid of.  SUCKS!!! I want it gone by the time I wake up in the morning.  Think I can scare it off?? hahahaha!! Okay I know I would have all the weight off if I&apos;d just do the damned cardio.  Fine I did cardio today, and 3 days last week, I&apos;ll get into a routine and 6 months from now the 20 pounds will be gone.. I hope...UGH!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&apos;s hard being a woman.  Not to mention my husband probably got me pregnant this weekend, but we&apos;ll find out in 9months now wont we?</description>
